Welcome to LRAT's online equipment booking service. These pages allow you to order AV/IT equipment to be delivered to teaching and other rooms, to view bookings placed, to make repeat bookings, to delete bookings or to book an off-air recording.
Bookings are divided into chargeable and non-chargeable. These definitions are explained at the time of booking. Bookings for direct teaching of students on degree programmes are never chargeable.
If the booking is for a centrally managed room the equipment already fitted in the room will be displayed. You will usually find that a centrally managed room will be equipped with all the AV/IT kit you need.
Any number of items can be included in each booking - however do note that the system checks for availability (as we have limited stocks) and occasionally equipment will be flagged as unavailable.
If you have any problems using the equipment booking system then do contact our staff between 9am and 4pm on the LRAT bookings line x58041. They cannot make a booking for you but will help you to make your own booking.
